  • I can’t find the object I’m looking for on the site: how should I proceed?

    The Arthurerre.com site offers a selection of items all available for sale. As the offer is constantly updated, we invite you to regularly renew your visits. You can search our website by typing your request directly in the “Search” field, located at the top left of the screen. Our Customer Service remains at your disposal to help you with your searches, by phone, or by e-mail from the “Customer Service” section.

  • How may I get assistance with my online order?

  • How do I track delivery of my order?

    To track your order, click the “your account” link located at the top right of the Arthurerre.com website. Log in, then use the menu to track your order. If necessary, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department by telephone at  +39 3701343047  from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.ET, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m ET, or by email under the “Customer Service” section.

  • What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?

    For online purchases, ArthurErre will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original ArthurErre packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.

    You must inform ArthurErre of your intention to return the merchandise within 15 days of the date of delivery either by: (i) directly returning the merchandise to ArthurErre together with the original invoice duly filled-in; or (ii) sending to ArthurErre the form downloadable here or any other unequivocal statement and then returning to ArthurErre the merchandise with the original invoice duly filled-in within 15 days after the day on which you sent the form (or any other unequivocal statement) to ArthurErre.

    Return Form

    You can use the free return label provided with each shipment to return your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

    ArthurErre reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at ArthurErre’s sole discretion.

  • How long will delivery take ?

    For International shipping please allow between two to seven business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to customer@arthurerre.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

    If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
  • My order is not being accepted. Why?

    Please make sure that the address you are entering in the “Billing” field is the address that is registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statements. If the system still doesn’t accept your order, please contact your bank and then contact us by e-mail at customer@arthurerre.com and we will be glad to assist you.

  • How do I shop ArthurErre.com?

    There are several ways to browse gucci.com. You may explore our weekly homepage features or visit the navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as T-Shirt or sweatshirt. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for.

    If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, colour, category or style.
    When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on “add to shopping bag”. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout process.   • How do I place an order?

    Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through arthurerre.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. You can contact us via e-mail at customer@arthurerre.com  Our online Client Assistants are available Monday through Friday, between 10 AM and 5 PM, and Sunday between 10 AM and 1 PM (CET).

  • What are the benefits of creating a ArthurErre account?

    Creating a ArthurErre account allows you to:

    – store multiple shipping and billing addresses to expedite your checkout;
    – save the contents of your shopping bag for later;
    – easily access your current order details and history;
    – save credit card information to checkout more quickly;
    – manage your saved items; and
    – discover recommended items.
  • What is personalisation and how do I personalise my item?

    Complimentary personalization is available on ArthurErre.com, identified by 3 letters “DIY” (Do It Yourself) in the product description. When the service is active for the searched product, it will be possible to personalize it by selecting the chosen letters in different colours and materials.

    Complimentary personalization is also available for a limited selection of products on ArthurErre.com. If the service is active for the searched product, a “Personalise” link will appear in the product page. By selecting this option it will be possible to choose from two to three initials in three different colour options, depending on the selected style.
